Children and families needs are all different. Some need just a little help, others are in really complicated and difficult situations.

There is a range of general family support, early intervention and prevention services that help people through less complex and “low level” issues.

At the other end of the scale, there is more targeted and intensive support to support families where violence, addiction child neglect and abuse are occurring.

Regardless of the level of need or complexity, these services all presuppose that people can be helped to take responsibility for their own lives and are designed to strengthen that responsibility.
