Learning Outcomes:

  • Key RBA concepts (2-3-7)
  • The benefits of the RBA process
  • The seven step thinking process of RBA
  • Some baseline tools that will start you off on your RBA journey

About RBA:

RBA enables organisations to use their data to demonstrate how they make a positive and measurable difference to clients and communities.  It is structured to help you to identify if anyone is better off (client outcomes) as a result of the work you deliver. Importantly, it looks at both quantity and quality.

RBA has been adopted by the government in its government-wide approach to NGO Contracting.  If you have government contracts or outcomes-based funding, this is a tool that could help you provide data which meets with your funder’s approval.

Who is this webinar for?

This session is designed for NGO professionals, community workers, managers, evaluators and researchers who are new to RBA and who are seeking to understand how it works as well as its benefits.  You will receive some baseline tools that will start you off on your RBA journey.
