ACROSS: New Children’s Missioner

Karlyn Sullivan-Jones has joined the team at ACROSS in Palmerston North as “Children’s Missioner”. The new role of Children’s Missioner is to serve as an advocate for the needs of children in our community.

Karlyn will be working with churches and community organisations in Palmerston North to improve access to services for children and establish links with schools, local services, government departments which promote the work of ACROSS. One of the key aims of the new role is also to find short term caregivers for children.
