To sharpen our knowledge about poverty in our communities, NZCCSS, Anglican Action, Methodist City Action and Social Services Waikato hosted this one-day forum. Participants shared in the stories of people who live with the realities of poverty. They heard from those who work to pursue social justice for a civil society, and explored ways to ensure that issues of poverty are not forgotten, and investigated how to make a contribution towards positive change.
